Jessica Lewis Welch

Jessica Lewis Welch focuses on car accidents and workers' compensation at Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya. She earned her B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech and her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1995. Jessica is admitted in Delaware and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and the U.S. Supreme Court. She previously served as Past Chair of the Delaware State Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Committee and has been named a Delaware Today Top Lawyer every year from 2019 through 2022 and again in 2025.
