About Patrick Mobley
Patrick Mobley joined The Law Offices of John Day, P.C. in 2024, bringing a strong foundation in civil litigation and a commitment to client-focused advocacy. Patrick graduated from Florida State University in 2017, then moved to Nashville to earn his J.D. from Belmont University College of Law in 2020, where he served as an Editor for the Belmont Criminal Law Journal and earned Dean's List honors. Before joining the firm, Patrick clerked for the Fifth Circuit Court for Davidson County in downtown Nashville, analyzing complex contested legal issues across a wide range of personal injury matters and gaining firsthand insight into how judges evaluate cases and what moves decision-makers at trial. He believes informed clients are empowered clients and takes pride in ensuring each client understands what to expect at every stage of litigation. Outside the office, Patrick spends time outdoors with his wife and daughter and is a lifelong musician who enjoys Nashville's live music scene.
