Vada Newman

Vada A. Newman brings a strong academic foundation and a deep commitment to serving others to her work at The Law Offices of John Day, P.C. A Nashville native, she graduated magna cum laude from Middle Tennessee State University in 2020 and joined the firm in 2023 after earning her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she completed a concentration in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. During law school, Vada served as the symposium editor for the Tennessee Journal of Race, Gender, and Social Justice and was a student member of the Hamilton Burnett American Inn of Court. She is known for a patient, compassionate approach and for ensuring clients feel heard and supported throughout the process. Vada is an active member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, the Nashville Bar Association, and the Lawyers' Association for Women. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, and caring for her two cats.
