About Nicholas Klingensmith

Nicholas (Nick) Klingensmith is a personal injury and litigation attorney in Cincinnati. He was a prosecutor for the City of Cincinnati, where he handled a large caseload, tried hundreds of cases, argued countless motions, and argued before the First District Court of Appeals on behalf of the State of Ohio and the City of Cincinnati. Before becoming a prosecutor, Nick served as a Law Clerk and Constable for the Honorable Judge Melba D. Marsh, and prior to that worked as a clerk for Katz Teller Brandt & Hild. Nick attended Salmon P. Chase College of Law, graduating cum laude, 12th in his class. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati and is a graduate of Elder High School. Nick uses his prosecutorial background to help clients navigate the courts and provide comprehensive representation across Southwest Ohio.
