About Scott Crowley

Scott Crowley is a Marine Corps veteran who served as a Judge Advocate and Prosecutor in the United States Marine Corps, and was designated as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney with the Department of Justice in the Southern District of California. He also served as a prosecutor with the City of Cincinnati. Scott's practice focuses on helping military veterans and their families: he is an accredited VA claims attorney who helps veterans obtain VA Disability Compensation, is licensed to represent veterans on appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and represents veterans in discharge upgrades before Discharge Review Boards and Boards for Correction of Military/Naval Records. He also represents veterans in Judge Christopher Wagner's Veterans Treatment Court and assists Marines and their families in Camp Lejeune water contamination litigation. Scott additionally represents school districts in social media addiction multi-district litigation (MDL No. 3047). He received his bachelor's degree and law degree from the University of Cincinnati, and his MBA from Xavier University using Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits. Scott is a member of the National Organization for Veterans' Advocates, Delhi Veterans Association, Marine Corps League Montezuma Detachment, and American Legion Post 199. He also serves as the Hamilton County Recorder.
