About Jonathan Burr
Jonathan Burr is a Workers' Compensation attorney at Washington Law Center who represents workers injured on the job and fights to protect their rights under Washington's Labor and Industries system. Before joining Washington Law Center, Jonathan represented employers throughout Washington in workplace injury and safety matters, including cases involving the Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act. That experience gives him insight into how companies and insurers approach these claims, which he now uses to strengthen cases for injured workers. Raised in Northern California, Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UC Davis. He then joined the U.S. Army, serving as both an enlisted soldier and an Officer involved in Combined Armed Forces missions, before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He has called the Pacific Northwest home for over a decade and is a member of Kitsap Legal Services. In his free time, he enjoys activities with his family, gardening, and volunteering.
