Bryce Moses

I. Bryce Moses is a Partner at Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP, a senior trial attorney with nearly 25 years of litigation experience.

Moses earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University. He is admitted to the State Bars of New York and Florida.

Moses began his legal career as a prosecutor in Miami in 1993 and has since secured multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements against municipalities and corporate defendants. His honors include Super Lawyers (2020-2022), Best Lawyers in America (since 2020), Lawyers of Distinction 5-star member, and Top 25 Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers Association. His notable verdicts include $6.5 million for a man hit by a truck in Queens and $5.95 million for a union bridge painter fall.
