Douglas Milch

Douglas Milch is a Partner at Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP, who has secured over $80 million in client settlements while advocating for public benefit changes.

Milch earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Milch joined the firm in 2015 and previously represented large corporations including financial institutions and heavy equipment manufacturers. He has been selected to Super Lawyers (2020-2022; previously 2007-2015). His notable settlements include $6.75 million for asbestos workers' fall from a scaffold and $3.15 million for a carpenter injured in a fall with a missing safety railing.
