Erin Hurley

Erin Hurley is a Partner at Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP, specializing in plaintiff's personal injury law with expertise in construction accidents, lead poisoning, toxic exposures, product liability, negligent security, and defective highway design.

Hurley earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School and her Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University. She is admitted to the New York State Bar, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York.
