Thomas Pardo

Thomas Pardo is a Partner at Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP, with over 18 years representing injured clients against insurance companies.

Pardo earned his Juris Doctor cum laude and his Bachelor of Arts both from Tulane University. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Pardo started his legal career as a criminal defense attorney before transitioning to plaintiff representation. He handles civil litigation across all stages, from intake through trial and appeal. His notable settlements include $3 million for a pedestrian struck by a vehicle and $3 million for a ceiling collapse premises liability case.
