Christopher Gonsalves

Christopher Gonsalves brings a background in healthcare and expert testimony to his work representing injury clients. He earned a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida in 2001 and spent years as a clinician and healthcare administrator before serving as an expert witness in physical therapy, patient safety, and medical negligence cases for nearly a decade. He then attended Barry University School of Law, graduating cum laude with High Honors in Litigation Advocacy and twice earning the school's Trial Advocate of the Year award. After law school, he defended insurance companies and healthcare providers in medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and premises liability matters. He joined Wooten, Kimbrough, Damaso, and Dennis in 2022 to represent those injured by the negligence of others. Chris is licensed to practice in Florida and admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar's Health Law Section, the Orange County Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, and the Barry Law Alumni Association.
