Michael Damaso

Mike Damaso is a board-certified civil trial lawyer in Central Florida, concentrating on personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has represented only injured individuals and victims of wrongful death since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005, having never worked for insurance companies or corporations. Board certification in civil trial places him among fewer than 1% of Florida Bar members with that credential. Mike has won significant jury verdicts and settlements for clients across all Florida courts and has handled matters beyond Florida as well. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), serving as President of the Central Florida Chapter in 2026, and has been recognized by Super Lawyers (2013-present), Best Lawyers in America (2022-present), and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum (2017).
