About Caleb Miller
Caleb M. Miller joined Aldous Law in 2015 after clerking for a firm that represented people with serious injuries, an experience that confirmed his path in plaintiffs' work. Growing up in a large farming family, he developed the work ethic and resilience that define his approach to litigation. He attended Pepperdine University for his undergraduate degree in political science and speech communications, then earned his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he competed in national advocacy programs and won individual speaking honors. He has tried numerous jury trials in counties throughout Texas and helped hundreds of families resolve cases. He is licensed in Texas, New Mexico, and Georgia. His recognition includes the Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers (2026), Best Lawyers in America, Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars, National Law Journal Rising Star of the Plaintiffs Bar, National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 (2019-2023), and D Magazine Best Lawyers Under 40.
