About Eleanor Aldous
Eleanor O. Aldous grew up in Dallas and graduated summa cum laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She then earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as a research fellow for the Youth Advocacy Project and worked as a Certified Legal Intern at the Penn Legal Assistance Office. Before joining Aldous Law, she practiced at Kline and Specter in Philadelphia, one of the country's leading personal injury firms, handling medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, and sexual abuse cases. She is licensed in Texas and Pennsylvania. Her practice at Aldous Law focuses on catastrophic personal injury, medical negligence, product liability, and sexual abuse litigation. In 2021, she served as co-counsel in a case that resulted in a $9.7 million medical malpractice verdict against a neurosurgeon and university hospital. She has been selected to the Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers (2026), Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2025), National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 (2024), and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2026).
