Elliot Bloom

Elliot Bloom grew up on a ranch near Rapid City, South Dakota. He competed in collegiate athletics at Augustana College, where he earned a B.A. in Biochemistry in 2011. He then spent three years working in the chemical industry, designing and manufacturing cleaning chemicals for food processing facilities. He went on to graduate with Sterling Honors from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2017. While in law school he served as vice-president of the USD Trial Team, was a member of the Moot Court Board, and participated in the Transactional Law Team. After graduation he clerked for the South Dakota Supreme Court. Elliot joined Beardsley Jensen & Lee in 2018. His practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, agricultural law, and general civil litigation. Back in his hometown, he enjoys time with his wife, Bethany, their son, Newt, and working on the family ranch.
