Jessica Larson

Jessica Larson grew up in Deadwood, South Dakota, and has practiced law in the Black Hills since she graduated. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Political Science from Black Hills State University in 2005, then received her J.D. from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2008, where she served as the American Bar Association representative, was Editor-in-Chief of the Great Plains Natural Resources Journal, and participated in the Pace Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. After graduation she clerked for the Third Judicial Circuit of South Dakota for one year. She joined the firm as an associate in 2009 and became a partner in 2017. Her practice centers on personal injury litigation, business law, and real estate law. Jessica has been a member of the Continuing Legal Education Committee for the State Bar of South Dakota and serves on the Pennington County Bar Association. She is also active in the community through the Zonta Club of the Black Hills, where she served as President in 2016-2017.
