About Daniel O'Toole

Daniel P. O'Toole is a Managing Partner at Block O'Toole & Murphy, the Manhattan-based personal injury firm he co-founded. With more than 30 years of experience, he is a highly regarded trial lawyer whose practice focuses on construction accidents, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death litigation throughout New York.

Over the course of his career, Daniel has been involved in resolving nearly $850 million in verdicts and settlements on behalf of injured clients and their families. Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 1992 and holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from the University of Scranton, earned in 1989.
