Background

Pawel P. Wierzbicki is a Partner at Block O'Toole & Murphy in New York City, where he focuses on construction accidents, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and Workers' Compensation matters. He joined the firm as an associate in 2019 and was elevated to Partner in June 2023 at age 32, the youngest partner in the firm's history. A U.S. citizen born in Chicago and raised in Poland, Pawel earned his Doctor of Law (J.D. equivalent) from the University of Warsaw in 2014, then completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Florida's Fredric G.
