C. Greg Smart

C. Greg Smart joined Carr & Carr in 2006. Before joining the firm, he was associated with the law firm of Brady, Schaulat & Falsetti in Oklahoma City, where he concentrated on personal injury and negligence litigation including semi and auto accidents, premises liability, products liability, nursing home negligence, and insurance law disputes. He continues to focus on all types of personal injury and negligence litigation from the Carr & Carr Oklahoma City office. Greg is licensed to practice in all state courts in Oklahoma and the United States Federal Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. He earned his B.S. in Organizational Business Administration and Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University in 1986, and his J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1992.
