About Patrick Carr
Patrick E. Carr was born and raised in Oklahoma. He co-founded Carr & Carr, Attorneys at Law in 1973 with his father, Eugene Carr, and practiced with him until Eugene's death in 1992. Pat graduated from the University of Oklahoma with Special Distinction and earned his law degree from the University of Oklahoma School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, Arkansas, all United States District Courts in Oklahoma, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He served in the Oklahoma Army National Guard as an enlisted man, infantry platoon leader, and station commander, and later in the United States Army Reserves as an officer in a Civil Affairs unit. Pat served as a Judge on the Oklahoma Temporary Court of Appeals and as Vice-President (2001) and President (2002) of the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association. He has authored numerous articles on tort law and has obtained multi-million dollar settlements in cases involving defective products, railroad grade crossings, insurance bad faith, and vehicle collisions.
