Marko Crespo

Marko Crespo is a Tampa Bay native who has lived in the area for 30 years. He graduated from Tampa Jesuit High School, earned his B.S. from Florida State University, and received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. Marko began his legal career in 2016 at a statewide workers' compensation defense firm in Sarasota, then returned to Tampa where he spent five more years defending employers and insurers. That background gave him direct insight into how insurance companies evaluate and deny workers' compensation claims.

He has since dedicated his practice to representing injured workers, has attended trials on their behalf, and is fluent in Spanish. Marko is a member of Florida Workers Advocates, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Clearwater Bar Association, the Tampa Hispanic Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, and the Workers' Compensation Section of the Florida Bar. He lives in Land O' Lakes with his wife Brittney and their two children.
