About Allan Siegel

Allan M. Siegel is a partner at Chaikin, Sherman, Cammarata & Siegel, P.C., concentrating his practice in serious personal injury from automobile, tractor-trailer and commercial vehicle negligence, premises liability, and medical malpractice. He has tried or settled over a thousand cases in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. Allan is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, an achievement earned by only 3% of all attorneys in the United States. He has been named one of Washington's Top Lawyers by Washingtonian Magazine in every survey year since 2004, named to the Washington D.C. Super Lawyers Top 100 list for seven consecutive years, and recognized as a Best Lawyer by Best Lawyers every year since 2019.
