Jonathan Gilbert

Jonathan T. Gilbert graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida with a degree in Political Science (minor in English) in three years, then earned his J.D. cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 2008, where he was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society and received the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009 and focuses his practice on medical malpractice and personal injury. Since beginning to practice, he has secured multiple multimillion-dollar results for clients. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, has been selected as a Florida Super Lawyer for Medical Malpractice annually since 2015 (Top 50 in Orlando), and has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers 'Top 40 Under 40' since 2012. He is admitted to all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
