About Vanessa Brice
Vanessa L. Brice was born in Mutare, Zimbabwe in 1968 and became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 2000 after immigrating following her husband's U.S. Marine posting to the American Embassy in Harare. Before law school she worked as a personal injury paralegal for more than 15 years, specializing in litigation and trial support. She entered Florida A&M University College of Law in 2006 and joined the firm as a summer clerk in 2007, continuing through graduation. She earned her J.D. in 2009 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2010. Her practice focuses on medical malpractice at the state and federal levels, VA Benefits service-connection claims, and general personal injury. She is accredited by the Veterans Administration and admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. She joined the Million Dollar Advocates Forum in 2014 and has been selected to Super Lawyers since 2022.
