Ben Larson

Ben Larson began his legal career in 2009 and has focused on personal injury and wrongful death claims throughout his practice. He increasingly handles trucking crashes, industrial incidents, and drunk driving cases, including dram shop claims against taverns. He recovered $2.25 million for a client injured in a complex truck crash in Eastern Oregon. Ben earned his J.D. and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Oregon, and studied abroad in Israel and Spain.

He is admitted to practice in Oregon state courts and federal court. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. He takes a collaborative approach to case development, emphasizing frequent client communication and proactive outreach. He has served on local boards, handles pro bono matters, and is a Portland native with a background in ski touring, biking, camping, and climbing.
