About Bryan Dawson
Bryan Dawson has nearly 30 years of legal experience as a trial attorney focused on personal injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation. He joined the firm in 1999 and became its principal attorney when the practice was renamed Dawson Law Group in 2012. He has tried over 100 cases through trial or arbitration, argued twice before the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and practiced in most Oregon Circuit Courts. Before returning to Oregon, he worked at Cooley Godward in Palo Alto, representing technology clients including Sun Microsystems and Cadence Designs. He has also served as a court-appointed arbitrator and taught continuing legal education courses on trial procedure. He was selected as an Oregon Super Lawyer every year from 2018 through 2025, holds an AV Preeminent rating, and received the 2018 Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. Born in Portland in 1967, he coaches high school mock trial teams and is an active cyclist and outdoor enthusiast.
