Travis Mayor

Travis Mayor is the founder of Mayor Law, LLC, an Oregon personal injury firm dedicated to helping injured people stand up to insurance companies and recover the compensation they deserve. A native Oregonian raised in a family of attorneys, Travis has spent more than twenty years representing clients in serious injury and wrongful death cases involving car crashes, drunk driving collisions, industrial accidents, unsafe property conditions, defective products, and commercial negligence claims. He has successfully resolved thousands of cases through settlement negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and jury trial. What sets Travis apart is his insider knowledge of the insurance industry: he began his legal career defending insurance companies at a large Oregon defense firm, Hoffman Hart and Wagner, where he learned exactly how carriers investigate claims, minimize payouts, and prepare cases for trial. He now uses that experience exclusively for injured individuals and families.

Travis graduated first in his class with summa cum laude honors from the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law in 2005, won his first jury trial as a second-year law student, and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Oregon State University. Travis has been recognized as an Oregon Super Lawyer in 2026 and was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2015.
