About John Moss

John Moss is a seasoned personal injury attorney with over 32 years of experience, focusing on railroad, trucking, and catastrophic injury cases. He began practicing law in 1991 after earning his undergraduate degree in History from Furman University on an Army ROTC scholarship and his law degree from Georgia State University College of Law. A former JAG officer in the Georgia Army National Guard, he served for 10 years. John has tried cases in six states, securing numerous seven-figure verdicts and settlements. Since 2008, he has also taught trial advocacy as an adjunct professor. He is licensed in Georgia state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
