About Caleb Fleschner
Caleb S. Fleschner is an attorney at Fleschner, Stark, Tanoos & Newlin, focusing his practice on personal injury law. He is admitted in Indiana and the U.S. District Court for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Although born in Fort Knox, Kentucky, Caleb grew up in Indiana and graduated from Indiana State University in 2012, then earned his law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2016. His connection to the firm runs deep: he began as a medical records analyst in 2010, became a fee specialist in 2011, and returned as a law clerk during law school, gaining hands-on experience in mass tort, personal injury, family law, and Social Security cases. Caleb serves on the boards of Terre Haute Catholic Charities, Reach Services, and the Terre Haute Children's Museum. He is the current President of the Terre Haute Bar Association and volunteers as a Teen Court Judge, earning the CASY Teen Court Volunteer of the Year award. He was honored among the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce 2025 12 Under 40 and has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 and as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and American Association for Justice.
