Jennifer Sutherland

Jennifer Sutherland is a trial attorney with more than twenty-four years of experience representing clients in personal injury, professional negligence, employment, civil rights, and insurance matters. She previously served as Chief Solicitor with the Baltimore City Office of Law and as a partner at several Baltimore-area law firms. Her notable cases include a multi-million dollar fraud and undue influence suit against a wealth adviser and accountant, a civil rights case involving an employer's refusal to recognize an employee's religious marriage, and a shareholder-initiated business dissolution tried before Chancellor Leo Strine of Delaware's Chancery Court. She has represented clients before the Maryland Board of Contract Appeals and federal and state agencies including the EEOC, the Office of Compliance, and various Merit System Protection Boards, as well as in private arbitrations before FINRA and the American Arbitration Association.
