
About Jon Simon Stefanuca
Jon Simon Stefanuca is a trial attorney at Gilman & Bedigian who focuses on medical malpractice and personal injury cases. He dedicates most of his time to helping children injured by medical negligence, including children diagnosed with cerebral palsy, hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, and developmental delays. He has handled hundreds of birth injury cases in Maryland and across the country. He also has extensive experience with toxic exposure cases, including carbon monoxide and lead paint poisoning, as well as class actions, business disputes, and intellectual property matters. He earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law with honors and served as an Articles Editor for the Maryland Law Journal of Race, Religion, Gender, and Class. He has been named a Maryland Super Lawyer in medical malpractice since 2020, and is recognized among America's Top 100 Medical Malpractice Litigators and the National Association of Distinguished Counsel's 'Nation's Top One Percent.'
