About Christopher Paschal
Christopher M. Paschal is a South Carolina trial attorney who clerked at Goings Law Firm while a student at the University of South Carolina School of Law, then joined the firm as an attorney after passing the South Carolina Bar in October 2020. A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Chris graduated from Wofford College in 2017 with a B.A. in Government and served as Student Body President. He earned his J.D. from USC School of Law in 2020, where he won multiple mock trial honors including Best Overall Advocate, the Honorable Lewis F. Powell Medallion for Excellence in Trial Advocacy, and the Reece Williams and Robert McCormick Figg Trial Advocacy Awards. Since 2020, Chris has tried sixteen cases, taking fourteen to jury verdict; since 2023, he has secured over $40 million in verdicts and settlements. He has been recognized in Columbia Business Monthly's Best and Brightest 35 and Under (2024), named Legal Elite in Personal Injury from 2021 through 2025, and speaks at Continuing Legal Education seminars on trial advocacy and evidence.
