David Blinka

David S. Blinka is a shareholder of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C., practicing in the firm's Madison office since 2012. His practice encompasses personal injury cases including wrongful death, products liability, and motor vehicle accidents.

Blinka earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2012. He also holds a Master of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University. He was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 2012.

At the firm, Blinka assisted in representing hundreds of Wisconsin property owners impacted by a gasoline pipeline spill. He is a member of the Dane County Bar Association, where he has served as Treasurer since 2021, and is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar and the Wisconsin Association for Justice. He has published articles on various litigation topics and presented at continuing legal education seminars.
