Jesse B. Blocher is a shareholder and co-manager of the Waukesha office of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C., where he focuses on personal injury and trial litigation.
Blocher earned his Juris Doctor summa cum laude (top 1% of his class) from Marquette University School of Law in 2006 and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2003. He is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin (2006) and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
Blocher joined Habush Habush & Rottier in 2010. He is a member of the International Society of Barristers and a Fellow of the Wisconsin Law Foundation and the American Bar Foundation. He has served as Past-President and is the current Litigation Section Chairman of the Waukesha County Bar Association, sits on the Wisconsin State Bar Board of Governors, and is a Board Member and Amicus Committee co-chair of the Wisconsin Association for Justice. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Milwaukee County Bar Association, and the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association.
His honors include the 2023 Wisconsin Association for Justice President's Award, Wisconsin Super Lawyers recognition annually since 2013, Board-Certified Civil Trial Advocate certification from the National Board of Trial Advocacy, Best Lawyers in America (since 2024), the 2024 Charles Dunn Award for writing excellence, the 2013 Wisconsin Law Journal Up and Coming Lawyer, the 2012 National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, and Rising Stars recognition (2011-2012). His notable results include a $38 million products liability verdict, reported as a state record, along with multiple appellate successes and Wisconsin Supreme Court arguments.
