Steven Botzau

Steven T. Botzau is the managing attorney of the Racine and Kenosha offices of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C., where he focuses his practice on personal injury litigation.

Botzau earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 1988, where he served on the Marquette Law Review from 1987 to 1988. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1984. Botzau is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Botzau joined Habush Habush & Rottier in 1991 and has completed over 100 civil jury trials. He was certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in 1997 and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been recognized as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer since 2005, has been ranked among the top 50 attorneys in Wisconsin since 2011, and was among the top 25 attorneys in the Milwaukee area in 2011 and from 2013 to 2022. Before practicing law, Botzau was a teacher.
