Elissa Bowlin

Elissa M. Bowlin is a shareholder at Habush Habush & Rottier S.C., where her practice focuses on product liability and personal injury matters. She practices out of the firm's Milwaukee office.

Bowlin earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2004 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marquette University in 2001. She is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Bowlin played a key role on two Habush trial teams that achieved eight-figure verdicts within six months of each other: a $14.49 million verdict on August 16, 2019, in the Barsuli trial, and a $38.1 million verdict on February 12, 2020, against Hyundai Motor Company in an enhanced injury case. Her recognitions include Wisconsin Super Lawyers honoree (2020-2024), Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America (2024), and Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Lawyers. She serves on the board of the Greater Milwaukee Chapter of Bernie's Book Bank, coaches the Catholic Memorial High School mock trial team, and chairs the Milwaukee Advisory Board.
