Clifford Horwitz

Clifford W. Horwitz is the principal partner and lead trial attorney at Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates, where he has practiced for more than 40 years. A third-generation member of the firm, Cliff focuses on catastrophic personal injury cases involving construction accidents, traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, product liability, premises liability, and wrongful death. He has won every case taken to trial since 1995, with more than 25% of his jury verdicts representing record-setting results in Illinois. His $64 million verdict in Bayer v. Panduit Corporation (2012) remains the highest personal injury verdict in Illinois history for an individual.
