Josh Horwitz

Josh Horwitz is a fourth-generation personal injury attorney at Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates, continuing a family tradition begun by his great-grandfather Jacob W. Horwitz in 1924. He grew up watching his father, Clifford Horwitz, lead the firm's trial department, and before law school he worked as a laborer for Local 76 Cement Workers, giving him direct insight into the challenges construction workers face. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri with a double major in Strategic Communications and Journalism, then earned his J.D. cum laude from DePaul University College of Law, where he received top marks in Legal Writing I and II, Business Associations, and Criminal Law. He focuses on personal injury matters, including construction accidents.
