Michael Wierzbicki

Michael T. Wierzbicki is a partner at Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates, where he joined in 2002 after several years defending hospitals and physicians in medical malpractice cases. He holds a B.A. from Albion College (1996) and a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law (1999). Michael focuses his practice on truck and auto accidents, premises liability, product liability, nursing home abuse, construction injuries, and wrongful death. He is an aggressive trial attorney known for handling difficult-to-prove injuries including chronic pain, myofascial pain, and traumatic brain injuries, and has obtained many millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements.
