Andrew K. Smith is a shareholder at Humphrey, Farrington & McClain who represents working people and their families in personal injury, wrongful death, toxic torts, products liability, insurance bad faith, property loss, school fraud, sexual abuse, and funeral home fraud cases. He graduated from the University of Nebraska School of Law in 2002 and spent his first four years in practice defending cases for insurance companies, experience he now uses to anticipate and counter insurer tactics on behalf of plaintiffs. He joined Humphrey, Farrington & McClain in 2006. He is admitted in Nebraska and Missouri and is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers, the Nebraska Association of Trial Lawyers, and the American Association of Justice.
