About J'Nan Kimak
J'Nan C. Kimak is a shareholder at Humphrey, Farrington & McClain whose practice is focused on personal injury, wrongful death, chemical and toxic torts, and product defects. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Law School in 2004. While still in law school, she clerked at the firm and gained trial experience in a landmark popcorn-lung case in Jasper, Missouri, that resulted in a $20 million verdict for a factory worker injured by diacetyl exposure. Since joining the firm full-time, Ms. Kimak has built expertise in mass tort litigation and has overseen the distribution of more than $100 million in mass tort settlements. She is admitted in Missouri and Kansas and is an active member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers, and the American Association of Justice. She has served as board chair for the Rainbow Center for Communicative Disorders.
