Timothy Kingsbury

Timothy J. Kingsbury is a nationally recognized trial attorney at Humphrey, Farrington & McClain who has helped secure more than $100 million in verdicts and settlements for injured individuals and families. He represents clients in high-stakes litigation involving toxic exposures, defective products, and dangerous premises and has litigated cases in more than a dozen states.
