W. Benjamin Kasey

W. Benjamin Kasey is a shareholder at Humphrey, Farrington & McClain, P.C., practicing in transactions, contracts, business formation and planning, real estate law, probate, taxation law, tax-exempt and non-profit law, collections and repossessions, commercial litigation, and guardianship and conservatorship matters. He joined the firm in 2002. He received his J.D. from Washburn School of Law in 2001 and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2002. He is admitted in Missouri and Kansas as well as the United States Tax Court. He is active in the Lee's Summit Sunrise Rotary Club and serves on the board of the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association.
