About Michael Kilgore
Michael S. Kilgore obtained his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 1995 and began his career as an Assistant Prosecutor for the Jackson County Prosecutor's Office. From 2000 to 2001, he served as a special prosecutor for the Missouri Attorney General's Office. He entered private practice in 2001, representing injured individuals in civil litigation, and joined Humphrey, Farrington & McClain in 2012, bringing seventeen years of trial experience with him. His practice covers personal injury, wrongful death, bad faith insurance, election and campaign finance law, toxic torts, and consumer protection. He has served as chair of the Missouri Ethics Commission and as president of the Insurance Bad Faith Trial Lawyers Association. Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers has selected him as a top attorney every year since 2010.
