About Chelsea Pierce
Chelsea M. Pierce is a shareholder at Humphrey, Farrington & McClain who specializes in multi-party litigation, representing groups of hundreds of plaintiffs and claimants in personal injury, products liability, and employment cases across the country. After earning her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, she served as an assistant prosecuting attorney with the Jackson County Prosecutor's Office, where she founded the grant-funded cold case unit and developed procedures for collaboration with the Kansas City Police Department and the Kansas City Crime Lab. She also handles arbitration proceedings and complex mass case coordination. Missouri Lawyers Media recognized her with the Women's Justice Award for Litigation Practitioner in 2021. She is a graduate of Graceland University and serves on several boards including the Independence Square Association and Peace Pathways.
