Andrew Hutton

Andrew Hutton co-founded Hutton & Hutton Law Firm, LLC in Wichita in 1979 and has concentrated his practice on pharmaceutical products liability, medical malpractice, and serious personal injury litigation for over 40 years. He earned a Bachelor of Business Arts magna cum laude in 1976 and his J.D. in 1979, both from Washburn University. A 1988 finalist for the U.S. Trial Lawyer of the Year Award from Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, Hutton has been selected to Best Lawyers in America every year since 2003 and to the Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers Top 100 since 2008. He holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is a member of the American Association for Justice, Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the National Board of Trial Advocates. He has served as counsel in numerous national multi-district litigations involving tobacco, DPT vaccine, and a wide range of pharmaceutical mass tort actions.
