Bernard Lo is Senior Counsel at Kherkher Garcia with over 15 years of experience in high-stakes litigation. He holds a B.A.S. in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania and earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2010, where he served as an editor of the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal. His practice covers catastrophic injury and wrongful death arising from sex abuse, oilfield and workplace incidents, commercial motor vehicle collisions, and complex product liability. Bernard secured an eight-figure settlement in a wrongful death action involving a building collapse during construction and represented over 200 clients in a pharmaceutical mass tort that resulted in a $2.4 billion global settlement. He is admitted in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming, and is a registered practitioner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as well as a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (ACEDS). He leads Kherkher Garcia's AI and Automation Committee. He was selected as a National Trial Lawyers Top 100 in 2024 and 2025 and is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
