George Hinkle

George "Trey" Hinkle is an associate at Kherkher Garcia born and raised in Houston, the son of a lawyer. He earned his B.B.A. cum laude in Business Administration from Baylor University and then his J.D. magna cum laude from Baylor Law School, where he won the Steve Dillard Practice Court Award (the highest honor in Baylor's Practice Court program), served as an editor of the Baylor Law Review, was President of his class, and competed on nationally ranked mock trial and moot court teams. His practice covers wrongful death, commercial trucking, oil and gas explosions and exposure, premises liability, and dram shop matters. Before joining Kherkher Garcia, Trey worked at Texas's oldest personal injury firm. He was recognized by Best Lawyers as a "One to Watch" in 2026.
