Nick Lanza III

Nick Lanza III is a Houston native and associate at Kherkher Garcia. He earned his B.B.A. from Texas A&M University and his J.D. from Texas A&M School of Law, where he represented low-income taxpayers against the IRS through a clinical program and competed on the alternative dispute resolution team. His practice focuses on catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation, including oilfield accidents, sex abuse, and commercial trucking collisions. Before joining Kherkher Garcia, Nick worked as an insurance defense attorney in commercial trucking and automobile accident litigation, giving him direct insight into the strategies insurers use to minimize or deny claims. He is licensed in Texas and admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
