About Ryan Robertson
Ryan Robertson is a Houston-based plaintiff's attorney at Kherkher Garcia who handles catastrophic personal injury and complex litigation matters, including workplace and industrial accidents, commercial trucking collisions, and premises liability. A native of Orange, Texas, he brings real-world industrial plant experience to his legal practice that informs his understanding of workplace injury dynamics. Ryan earned his B.A. in Communications from Texas A&M University, then transferred from Southern University Law Center to the University of Houston Law Center, where he earned his J.D. and received CALI Awards in Legal Analysis and Writing I and II, Legal Research, and Federal Civil Procedure. He also completed a dual-degree program at Columbia University, earning an LL.M. in International Sports Law and an M.S. in Sports Management. During law school, Ryan clerked for U.S. Magistrate Judge Frances Stacy. He contributed to early-stage case development in matters that later produced a $43.5 million verdict.
